Taking another swing at it

I hate to say it, but I unloaded at the US army base, and they were 5.5 hours to get me to the dock. 15 min unload.

 

I’m lined up on a backhaul to Ohio. Then I’ll get a short haul home, then I’m taking the weekend off. I’m getting crispy

 

Is it the weather? I’m starting to not like being out here as long.

 

This truck needs some work done, so in a rare event, my wife is picking me up from the shop to go to my nephew’s birthday party in metro Detroit, then we go home, and she takes me back to the truck on Monday. She complaines that that is a lot of driving...

 

Not recently

 

Looks like the revolving door at the company has let another one go. Now we don’t know who’s in charge of the shop or the parts room!
That guy acted like his poo didn’t smell offensive anyway, but getting low on managers on that end of the building.

 

Oddly enough, I was informed my new motor should be installed by the time I get back to the walker yard. (Tomorrow) finally.

 

Feels soooooooo good to be back in my truck. Just in time for another snow storm to hit.
Oh the memory foam, how I missed it. Oh the high thread count sheet! I appreciate everything I have in here now.
