Taking another swing at it

Looks like I’ll be getting a loaner truck while mine is repaired. Already a load lined up to GA I grab tomorrow.

 

False alarm. Loaner truck has no working headlights or front signals. I’m not risking getting shut down in their crap while my crap is in the shop.

 

I’m kind of trapped right now. I’m looking at an exit about 29 days from now.
Company is Equity Transportation. It feels like they are circling the drain.

 

I pulled a short run to Traverse city, then the loaner truck went screwy. So now it’s a waiting game. I can feel myself sinking in quicksand. Any sudden movements and it could be disastrous. I have to plan my exit carefully.

 

Equity is in my rear view.
I’m buying a newer truck from a sales group out of Minnesota, I told my story, they took my money and now I’m with a different outfit making % on each load, kicking myself for not leaving sooner.
It stinks having that payment to cover, but I still have factory warranty left, and extended warranty to 800k miles
I’m putting $200 aside each week for non warranty issues and trying to build up my other accounts.
