Indeed I missed it. I stopped paying attention once bosselman’s was gone.

I’m making decent money doing a lot of sitting. I’m doing more follow ups with doctors.
Turns out I have sleep apnea, and I need a mask.
I have to keep losing weight to put my kidneys in check. Right now I’m at stage 3 ckd. But I’m told if I do the right things I can keep it at 3 , if I don’t, it won’t be long before I’m on dialysis. (Less than 5 years is generous)
So I’m doing my best to control what goes in as far as calories and sodium. I’m not doing a fad diet just controlling portions.
I’m attempting to do more body movements called exorcism or something? It must be scary because I end up all sweaty, so it can’t be good for me.
They say you get addicted to working out once you start, I’m pretty sure I can quit it at anytime.

Glad to hear you are trying to get it under control.

As far as working out for me I also can quit at any time I feel like it that's why I never start. At least you can't call me a quitter.

I made $250 on 47 miles. I could get used to this. I have to wonder, if the company is paying me this, what would an o/o make?

Even my redneck math says that is close enough to call it $5.00/mi to you. That's a nice, easy day. Congrats on the new gig. Sounds like it's working out for you.

So I went to the doc yesterday, but then my safety director calls and says I need a work release every time I go to the doctor. Is this a new rule? Now I’m waiting on on a letter saying I can drive without restrictions. I went to see him for recurring headaches...not related to driving.

I had a test done about a month ago. And was told the same. Going to two doctors tomorrow. One follow up and one check up. Will see what I am told if I need another letter.
