Keto is high protein, which I have to limit due to kidney function. I also have to avoid potassium and phosphates. So basically, I can have lettuce, but that’s poison now...

During this would be final week driving, my incidents of nausea and vomiting have increased. The truck I’m drive is , by coincidence, also screwing up. I’m at a Volvo to get it checked out in the morning. This will negate my 2 loads I had lined up and was relying on for next weeks pay. I may be cutting out of this line of work a few days early.

Take it easy out there man. Hope things work out for you. Trucks these days seem to have a knack for knowing just when to screw up, right when you least need it! That's the case with the one I own as well.

Sugar and salt are your worst enemies. Food companies put them in everything. High Fructose corn syrup--- the worst

Negative, Keto is a High Fat, Moderate Protein and low Carb diet. Carbs about 20-50g's a day, Pro about 15-20% of your daily cal's and the rest all FAT, about 65-70% of your daily cal intake.

Aaaand it’s over. I had a bloody nose that lasted about 2 hours while I was at the shop. The shop guy ratted me out to the company. The company saw the blood evidence and decided that was it. I was not safe to operate a truck. So, today was my last day driving. No grand hurrah, no parade. Just a long night ahead back to Michigan

Wow. How scary. And lonely. I understand the company not wanting you to drive. It would have been nice to get a little help. Please stay strong.
