Taking another swing at it

I’m supposed to feel better post transplant. I have to say it’s not as wonderful as I thought. Meds make it so I can’t sleep, I’m nauseous a lot, I pee every hour. At least I haven’t had dialysis for over a week

 

Had to get a room neat Detroit again since my labs are at 8am and I live 3.5 hours away. And I’m still restricted from driving

 

No Dialysis tomorrow. Yay

 

My numbers are trending in the right direction but I’m still not out of the woods yet. I am below my dry weight from my last dialysis before transplant. I hate being on steroids because I don’t really sleep well.

 

Pool is filled, just need to construct a platform for steps

 

My pool is up to temperature now. So I guess I’ll get up predawn and construct the stairs and ladder

 

No Dialysis tomorrow. Nephrologist says did she were to bet money on it, she thinks I’m done, but can’t declare that til my numbers are all in the green

 

I can’t submerge for another 3 weeks, but my pool steps and ladder are in, just need a hand rail.
