Now re re routed to Charlotte, then DC then home. Wtf?

 

So when the state said they’d cover $4k and I had to cover $1500 I was upset but understood, figured I had til August to save up, then they spring a sudden deadline of July on me, and my class won’t start until September or October. I’m starting to think they’re jerking me around

 

I’m officially considering a company sponsored training school just to get it back without the stupid wait and see and paying out all the cash so fast. The trouble is finding a company that will run in my area that I can go to. Northern Michigan is kind of difficult to get home to, let alone loads out of.

Suddenly, the state was awarded more grant funding and I have my whole tuition covered. I can stay home and get my testing out of the way when the next class opens up

 

Refresher starts 8-24 for 2 weeks. It can’t come fast enough

 

Already have my permit, now it’s just a matter of time . MTL said they’d take a chance on me even though I have no “recent” experience. I may do that. They do regional runs primarily, if I get a tanker endorsement I can haul milk or water on weekends.
