All places I've been many times with Kuperus. Some good memories, some not so much. Kinda like any trucking job, no?

Most driving jobs are what you make of it. Granted there are the select few that are just a bad place to work for. When the bad really outweighs the good, it's time to get a new scale or leave.
After a year. I'm still here and doing " ok"

I think we tend to make things much worse than they really are. All kinds of employees complain about all kinds of companies instead of just making do with what you're given - and we all signed up for it, anyway, right?

    Wickedfire77 and popcorn169 Thank this.

My truck shut down while napping today. I was low on coolant. No visible leaks, so I filled it back up and it ran fine. Hope there are no other issues tonight.

Got sick in my truck this morning. Doing laundry now. A bit of cleaning to do later. I feel better now though

Free food Friday. Rain or shine. Year round. They feed anyone at the yard . Be it office staff, shop , drivers both co. And IC. There is always plenty and, usually, in the mornings I raid the fridge for leftovers.
Now that the snow is melting, the grill has returned. (A sure sign of spring)

    SheepDog Thanks this.

I'm delivering at Churchill downs today. That will be new for me.

I have also also gone to war with my brother (again) for living in his own game world where it's alwYs his turn and the rules change hourly.
I have to say that having the company shop close at noon Saturday and not open again until 3pm Sunday , is really irritating . I needed a coolant leak located and repaired before I left for Louisville , and unfortunately waited 2 days longer than I wanted . This is when I wish I had a 2nd vehicle. I could have just went home until Sunday.
Oh well. Back to Michigan after I unload at the track.
