Taking donations for IL DOT

I've decided to put together some $$$ for IL DOT, so they can upgrade their work zone signage. Work zones in IL are becoming unbearable...
They've posted 45mph speed limits all over the interstates with no one showing up to work on them for days or weeks.
And, on top of all of that they'll be putting up speed control cameras (as if we already don't have enough cameras in IL) this summer. I obey work zone speed limits (within 2-3 mph), but it's ridiculous to drive 45 in 65(55) zone for 5 to 10 miles while no one has even started road work.
IL DOT, how about: "45 when workers present" or "45 when lights are flashing" signs.
