Taking the 48 plunge

I usually do like 3.5 wks out, and 3 days home. just depended who I was trying to get back to the next time i wanted to come back to denver lol, but this time out, I asked for friday-monday off, 4 days, but I got to denver wed afternoon and well I had 9 hours on my clock for wed and thursday combined, wasn't enough time for them to run me anywhere, which they tried to run me to layton but I would have just made it there thursday evening and I had tickets to fly out friday morning so I wasn't going for it, so I technically ended up taking like 6 days off. and yeah, it would have been quite a hassle for them to empty my truck out cause yeah I leave that sucker packed with stuff lol, nothing of any real value since I take my laptop and such with me, but it wouldn't have been an easy task for them

Every source I have at May is singing the same tune. Sorry to hear that. Hopefully you'll get out of the Brooks vortex soon.

I sat for over 48hrs in Brooks, did a short Coors repower from Jubitz down the road to Columbia. But now I'm headed to Ft. Worth. So yeah, you may get a few local'ish runs before heading out, but once you do, they're usually good for some miles. Then once you get off the West Coast, should be more longer runs...
