I guess its possible. Its just strange the trailer is titled as a Talbert. Has the Talbert vin plate. Talbert has denied building the whole trailer.
I got it from an auction that had a massive amount of Daily trucking equipment there was a whole lot of Identical year 2000 Talberts from Daily, and I purchased one of them.

We've got a Load King with the folding tail. I has never opened all the way, it just folds out the rest of the way when you let it down on the ground.
I fear if you try to adjust to get it to open all the way, you'll end up with it not wanting to fold up all the way. You said the cylinder was all the way extended with the flip out, is it close to all the way collapsed with the tail folded?Oxbow, Dirty-Low-Walker and SAR Thank this. -
Do you mean the new design on the neck setting in the detachable?
If so , Yes. -
That's funny you say that because i went to my yard yesterday and a buddy of mine operated it slowly and i took pics, i thought the same thing while looking at the bracket that goes from the cylinder bracket to the tail.
When the cylinder bottoms out the bracket from the cylinder bracket to the end of the tail moves the extra distance as pressure is on the tail to get it to open completely. -
Maybe some real good lube? Longer cylinder that's mounted a bit back so it doesn't interfere with anything when compressed?
Dirty-Low-Walker, SAR and Crusader66 Thank this. -

Its not binding, its the geometry on the second bracket to the tail, its at 9-10 o clock when not completely open and the pressure puts the bracket at 12 o clock.
