NOPE it won't work and you shouldn't be using FM to begin with.
bored silly, jessejamesdallas and rabbiporkchop Thank this. -
-
Because, it isn't meant for cb band and you only find a few who will use it.

I know, I don't plan on it. Just for fun, I cycled through the extra bands to listen, but of course they're empty. It's hard enough to find anybody on 19 as it is. I just want to make sure my radio is not defective.
-
Well that's part of the problem, I listened to the cb radio this morning and late last night with one of my good radios and I hardly heard anyone. This has been the case for a while, can't understand how some of these clowns sell radios if no one is using them.
-
Sad, really. Back in the 70's you couldn't get a word in edgewise. Drivers would actually help one another using their radios. I can drive all day now and hardly hear a peep from anybody
-
It varies, I try to remember to have it on for the unexpected, and use it to talk to security at the plant as long as their's stays working. On the road, you here a little unless there is a backup, usually.
Don't know if the big guy, now that he's back, will hook up one or not, and even the Florida guy who hasn't run 1 in years was looking at what I have on mine. -
Unless it call someone a name.. -
Merry Christmas and happy holidays everyone! According to Bells CB, General Lees often come new from the factory with cosmetic damage. Makes me feel better about the cosmetic damage on my used unit.
bored silly Thanks this.
