Sorry, won't fit... too tall. Every other dimension, including weight, would be fine.

P.S. Here is its little brother outside my office a couple of weeks ago.

I'd platform it. A dual laner still has to span the load to carry it, where it just sits on a platform. You know, kinda like how that platform just sits on your trailer in your avatar...:D
I hate to tell you @m16ty, this permit would take about 6 minutes to get up here in AB.
Not much planning, we have Designated High Load Corridors that have nothing over them. Not even power lines.
Loads like this are daily routine up here...

    I once had to wait an entire half-hour for a 16' W x 18' H.

    Can you say spoiled... :D

You are right on the platform haul.
That way it also makes turns alot easier as well. Plus with them, the axles can be adjusted as needed without use a crane to move the ld . for weight distribution
You are right on your permit issue times up there. No power lines and street lights I believe setup to rotate, if needing that you go through a town correct.

Yup, all traffic lights on numbered highways as well as truck routes and industrial areas are all on rotated frames. Pilot cars pull the locking pin and use a crowbar to turn them 90* out of the way slick as $h!t...the way they should ALL be IMHO.

Could you use a Goldhofer set with a girder to keep the height down? I would be long but still should be shorter than a 19 axle and turn better.

I know a Goldhofer could haul it, that's what we are actually loading it on to move it out of the plant, that's as far as I'm supposed to take it though. We are going to be right at 19' sitting on the Goldhofer.

This thing is located literally right beside the airport, we looked at a big cargo plane but couldn't get it to fit.

It's going to wind up in Mexico. It's going to CA first to be rebuilt. I know barge is also a possibility, especially if they can send it directly to Mexico . I can get it to a barge point myself, but even that will be pretty costly.
