Tall shifters , the truth

I want an 18 speed Lenco.

 

You should be ok with the shift bar you have now, you just need to start launching in 6th at about 1500 and don’t shift it til the valves float. Find a Quebec licence plate or see Rodeo du Camions Notre Dame du Nord on YouTube for further instruction.

 

Well .. it's easy.. this is how you do it
1.. use a straight gate shifter.. get 1 for a early 70's Mopar
2 switch out your motor .. go big or go home..get a 12 cylinder Detroit
3.. build a Marmon Truck take the boxed hood off and modify a hood off a IH Lonestar..and run super singles
Ditch the twin stacks for side pipes too...ditch the dualls for super singles on the back and make sure you have full lockers in your rear screws so you get good hook up
Your gona need to go with a 5 point harness instead of your original seat belt though.. maybe even a DOT approved fire suit..
Last but not least make sure you get 12" lettering across the back of your sleeper .. that says ... SHAKE & BAKE
That should have you running low 7's then

Don't for get the chrome wall mounted retrackable cradle for your ph .. so you can FaceTime with your loved ones while your taking a dump

 

There's nothing wrong with a 6" lift in.my opinion.. I'am gonna do that my self I just haven't wanted to pony up the money to switch out my valve yet.. I got a really nice custom made shifter ball for my Birthday I want to Ditch the D shifter ..
