I can't say for sure. Have not been to orientation at either. Mine was at main office with a motel saty in Minden. I would think by looking at your home location, you would attend Shreveport. It's my understanding that they have rooms available at the terminal for you guys.

I am renting a car and driving to W Memphis on Sunday, from the guys I have spoken to personally they have told me that things have progressed in the right direction at Tango. I have driven 11 years and worked for a few different types of carriers mostly LTL but I can tell anyone this, Tango has not promised me anything nor did I ask for anything. A trucking company is what you make of it, sure the people you work for have about 10% to do with it, but ultimately it is the drivers responsibility to make a living for himself.

Ladies and Gentlemen, prepare for lots and lots of scrap yards, mud, dirt and much paper mill deliveries. Prepare to use tie straps on your trailer doors at these mills. Prepared to be delayed beyond reason at said mills. And prepare to be disrespected by office personnel often. I did my bid back in 2010, 3 months of b.s. and threw in the towel. Did I mention those automatic trucks? Only bright point was, they did allow driver to take truck home during time off (Dallas TX).

Paper and scrap paper is a big business especially at IP. They pretty much have the whole area down there locked up with regards to transportation. A company has to find their niche in the industry and it just so happens to be paper products for Tango. I ran my first week and have done two loads of IP to Texas and back. One live unload and the other drop. So far so good I would say, I have family in TX area and they got me a good load nearly on my dads doorstep. Will keep everyone updated..

Two weeks in and no issues, I post this from the couch in my living room. I delivered a load in NC to Walmart and immediately had to go to Urgent Care down the street to get a script for antibiotics for my strept throat. Got my meds and made my pickup on time 90 miles away. Got 2800 miles this week and did most of them sick as a dog. DM checked on me everyday and practically had to force me to go to the Urgent Care.
