Tanked

Hey there...me again ..LoL

This T660 has fuel tank straps under its kilt but the tanks are between the kilt and the drive axles (making a total of two sets of straps). How difficult would it be to move the tanks forward to hide (most of) them. I want to put a couple of boxes on the side for tarps and a genset but I can't with the tanks in the way.
I've always believed that you can own whatever you like but it's not *yours* until you modify it . I have a long history of modifying the #### out of everything.
