Mistakes happen. I know a driver that brought back 900 gallons of gas. He had a three compartment trailer that night and he was used to pulling a two compartment set up. He completely spaced unloading the center compartment.
He offered to quit before we fired him but we figured he'd probably never do that again and he was normally a pretty good driver. We kept him.
