If Schneider trained you, don't you have to stay with them for a set amount of time?

 

Several companies may have 1 or 2 years experience as part of there criteria. However they will hire someone that recently graduated from a CDL training program.

With that being said. If you can stand micromanagement and driver facing cameras with a no talking on the phone policy even if its a hands free headset. Then all of the private cryogenic companies are hiring.

Trimac has two California terminals:
Downey, where new drivers are trained and where the local L.A routes are.

Hayward: West Coast regional, dedicated, and otr drivers are based out of Hayward.

 

Osterkamp Transportation Group hires new cdl school grads for milk tankers. One driver on this forum went there as a new cdl school grad. I think he pulled milk tankers out of Bakersfield.
