I think it's happened at every tanker at least once. That's funny, right there.

 

I have never had a problem on the Ohio TPK.....I run 79k and some change and am always a bit over on my drives and steers...Must of been lucky I guess!

 

Or just a plain Jane. She can do it, too.

 

I bet Plain Jane would have butt pucker factor of 10 with the loads I haul in a 7000 gallon smooth bore...
We only can load it to 5200 gallons so I got 42K sloshing around in the wagon...

We have had 2 new hires not even make it out of town with a load...They came back and quit!...lol!

 

Nice try! Plain Jane has been pulling hazmat tankers for ten years now. I'm plain, not glass...
By the way, I average 45,000 pounds in the load. Just sayin...

 

I'm grossing 79800....just sayin....lol! And run mountains of TN,KY,VA and WV every week...

 

45000 a load plus tractor and trailer will bring you to close to 80000. And I run the same routes as you plus some.

 

I've hauled 5,000 gals. of caustic, in a 7,000 gal. smooth bore trailer, many times. Total weight of product will be right about 64,000 lbs. Gross weight is almost 98,000 lbs. That will make more than just a bump if you not careful.

 

10-4....Our product is heavy...why we can only haul 5200 gallons....It sucks in a 7000 gallon tank but I'm used to it.
I go out as far as Kansas and Texas occasionally.....
