tanker or flat bed for newbie?

Anyone know of companies that will hire and train new drivers for flat bed or tanker? I don`t mind the 53' vans but I don`t want to be limited either. Every tanker or flat bed job listing I see wants at least 2 years with either, not just 2 yrs driving.
