They have,mostly, fleet operators running a lot of terminals. Some were gathered through buy-outs, however you won't be working directly for Quality at many locations.
Some fleets are good, many are tired and worn out but have a lock on their location which is why Quality brought them into the group. It is my feeling that many of the sore feelings originate from the fleet terminals and how they can cheap out while hiding under Quality's umbrella.
My experience with Schneider was many years ago and they had messy accounts and expected every driver to do his 70 every week.....but that was the mid-80's.
