    Hi all, this is my first post after browsing the site for a few months. I live in the Memphis TN area and will be graduating an 8 week CDL course on may7th. I am interested in driving tankers but most companies I pull up require experience. I have considered Schneider Bulk but adding the pay up, I make more as a dockworker at ConWay/xpo so I'd like to upgrade, not downgrade. I've also thought about trimac although they seem hard to get on with. I have a chilly job history, many jobs/temp companies etc.. and I'm afraid that may make the process harder. I've been at ConWay since 4/14 though. What can you recommend in my area for tankers, regional or local.?????? Thanks a bunch.

    Some jobs aren't advertised:
    Couple of new cdl grads were hired by Loves Truckstops to haul diesel fuel.
    Trimac, just walk in and ask for an application.

    Chinatown, how do you find these posts? Any time someone asks "where can I find x type driving job?", you've got the gouge. But this guy's post just said "tanker". How did you know to look at this one?

    Ignore "experience required" on any website and apply anyway.
    That's how those drivers got on with Loves.
