    @HalpinUout measure the width of the top of your box. Go buy 2 pieces of 3/16ths thick, 3 inch aluminum angle, they will cut it to length. Bolt it in place. Then drill holes to bolt 1 inch ratchet straps to the angle. Voila 50 dollar tarp rack. Spend 10 more for stainless steel bolts to keep the shiny factor.
