Ethan, I didn't mean to sound like a prick, that's just a whole lot of dough for some bungees!

For future reference you can try places that make tarps to get bungee's.

I will, I saw a sign for a place near our terminal in gary, in. that sells tarps. "The tarp man" I think? But anyway, I'll try there next time I'm there.

Only way id spend all that money was of they would reimburse me, they said OK so I bought them.

A guy with a bumper hanging on by string, a guy who needs to hold his pants up, a guy who uses then as a belt when leaving the buffet??

This is why I spent the extra $$ and got the enclosed headache rack.

There is an even better place right down the road called TarpStop. They have everything you'd need and a box of bungees are $45 I think.

    CAXPT and DrtyDiesel Thank this.

    you can't ever tell.

i was camping in canyon de chelly once some years ago and we all put all our aluminum cans in a big plastic garbage bag. about midnight there's a terrifical racket outside and i hear a friend step out of his tent and say, well i'll be ######.

somebody had taken our big plastic bag of aluminum cans, dumped out the cans on the ground, and then ran away with the bag.

i guess he needed something to put his bungees in.

Yeah an enclosed headache rack is on my wish list. Until then I have a big plastic toolbox at home that's getting bolted to my catwalk that will contain my tarp straps and other loos stuff getting in the way (edge protectors, felt pads, etc). This just made me very concious of all the stuff I have just sitting on my trailer. Going to start locking everything up.
