I've been taking these pills for about two weeks now. They seem to work well with minor aches, and maybe good for deleting an ibuprofen or two from your diet
NavigatorWife Thanks this. -
You might get him B12 vitamin supplements from Walmart, they help with sleeping also . They have changed brands and may only have the Spring Valley line. They will dissolve under the tongue and are cherry flavored. I have the 2500 mcg, but have taken 5000 - 6000 mcg in a different brand. I too am taking the Tart Cherry from Walmart for an attack of gout, of course I started them after the fact and the attack was already on. I have used fresh cherries in the past that helped. And Sam's Club has a brand of dried tart cherries by "Daily Chef" that have 20 oz in the package,it is a lot of cherries. The problem is keeping up with making sure you take them daily.Dave_in_AZ and bzinger Thank this.

Walmart has frozen cherries, I wonder if they would be better for him. Perhaps three or four a couple of times a day. It might take a week or so to notice a difference.Dave_in_AZ Thanks this.

Oh he will power through an entire bag of cherries lol. I forgot to ask his doctor last visit, there were bigger fish to fry.

Gotta be careful. Cherries have a way of powering through you if you eat too many.BoostedTeg Thanks this.
