Team Driver Warning on ELD

Exactly what Moose said, been team driving with my wife since 16 and we never change duty status to go doody, heck we normally get 2 to 3 level 1 inspections per year and the person in the sleeper normally comes up front during the inspection not once have we ever changed from SB to Off during the inspection and have never had the DOT officer say a word, they don't even look at or ask for the SB person's logs.

 

Ive NEVER logged sleeper berth when off duty when OTR, whats the point? Im OFF duty..its the same thing..gawd life is hard for these politicians and rule makers. let them drive a truck and decide which line to go on when you go to bed! OOPS im a solo driver so my opinion doesnt count here!
