    There are two things I would like to add. When I teamed we stuck to a 12 hour shift that way we didn't have to flip our sleep cycles. One of us did noon to midnight and the other midnight to noon and kept that schedule on the same timezone. If you get out we always left a glove on the shifter so the other guy didn't accidentally leave without the other.

    The best team driver I ever ran with was a toothpick I got from a bullhauler.
