I am thinking of going Team Driving for my first run at this Trucking thing. From what I understand, the money is better because you get paid for all miles and not just the ones you have driven. Are there any other pros to team driving? Or maybe any cons?

Getting killed by your team mate D/T close quarters from what I hear? As you can read, Nana loves her team mate but wants to kill him half the time.

haha, yeah I think I might just request to have another team member take his place, or maybe switch back to solo if it means I will face murder charges, lol

Yes you get paid for all the miles, but at what rate?
They arent paying you a solo rate on Team miles.
Lots of questions you have to ask yourself. Here are a few
Can you sleep while the truck is rolling?
Can you share tight quarters with someone? And all the personality confilcts that come with teaming?
You will "hot rack" with your teamate... as in you each will sleep on the bottom bunk while the truck is rolling and then decide on who will sleep on the top bunk when you are stopped.
Sleeping in the top bunk while rolling is dangerous and asking for a broken neck during a sudden stop or accident. -
I really didn't think about the concerns from accidents... I better check his h-6 before we team
