    Hi,

    I’m thinking of purchasing a truck with a friend. We want to do team driving, but I want to know how the taxes work. Would we have to create a company and purchase the truck under that company and then file taxes through the company? Or, would we be able to file taxes separately like a 1099?

    Thanks. Any advice helps.
