Team run rates?

I was just curious about team loads, particularly from midwest to CA and back. Just dry van. I have been wondering what kind of rate you might get on a team load from, say, Chicago or Detroit to LA and back, if team loads pay any better than solo runs.

Of course, if the shipper doesn't need a team, then it probably won't pay more, but if it's time sensitive enough to where they need it in 48 hours, then I bet it pays a little better, but still not sure what a round trip average would be, like $1.50/mi avg? $1.60? What about a solo run?
