I agree Motorhead01.. the AWESOME times in the service were fantastic and usually made of for the BS that we dealt with on a regular basis but, after some time, it gets to you... Loved blowing stuff up...absolutely!

Thank you for your service and I assume you are a trucker and are continueing your service to this great country, thanks.

Never drove for England but I've talked to several of their drivers. All I can tell you is USX is better pay, especially if you stick with teams.

You are stuck with the crap for training companies your first couple of years. The best thing would be to stay with England for at least a year. Two would be better but if you can stay with each of your first two companies a year each that will launch you into some real jobs. I stayed with my first company 18 months because that was the insurance requirements for a lot of companies back then. Now it is two years recent driving experience for some of the better jobs. Don't plan on making good money your first couple of years anyway. Learn and keep your record clean and you will be set for life. (well, as good as can be expected with this crap for career.)

So cool, I am sitting in the restaurant at the Midway Travel Plaza just outside of Columbia Missouri. My youngest son is on his way from his Prep School in North Carolina to Fort Collins Colorado to begin his college career. I called him this morning and he was 89 miles behind me. We are going to have breakfast together. He is going to be playing Quarterback for Colorado State, Pretty cool.

Here he is summer of 2010 with Jake Locker (Now Quarterback for the Tennessee Titans) at the University of Washington when he was doing his visit and tour there.
