    I am a trainer at Danny Herman, we have one student at a time. The first 3 weeks the trainer is in the passenger seat 100%, week 4 trainer discretion, week 5 run as a team if both agree. It seems to work well. After 3 weeks you should be mostly ok by yourself with someone there to help out as needed. We onliy hire from certain schools though and you have to have high scores from your school.

    This seems reasonable. But, those companies running rookies as teams, usually the overnight shift, are setting people up for failure
