    My father and I are looking to start running teams after the first of the year. We are both fairly new. Any feedback on how Con-Way treats their teams? Thanks

    Teams the only way to go for truckload! They want that freight moving 24hrs a day, so you guys will get the better loads. Solo drivers dont do so well there.

    Can a solo driver work full time year round for Conway Truckload and get decent miles and pay?

    I dont believe so. Thats just my opinion from what I've herd from the truckload drivers when I ran linehaul. The solo drivers get what ever is left over at the end of the night that the linehaul drivers couldnt handle.

    Teams and solo both do pretty well at Conway Truckload. Trainers do real well. Check out the Conway Truckload What's your 20 Thread. Paul is a regular on their and teamed for quite a while. He can give you the real scoop.

    Yeah teams usally do pretty well , longer hauls , new trucks (most time )
    pays is better when you first hire on ...then kinda evens out with solo after the first or second year
