    hi guys I was just wondering how do team train in a 1 truck it just seems to me that to many people in one truck if any one here have been through that net me know how that works because me and me and my girlfriend was thinking about coming to covenant in to do the team training

    Watkins & Shepard will let you team without a 3rd person in the truck or splitting you up for training. You will go through 10 days training/orientation then you're prepared to do some trucking together. I think CRST does the same in their Expedite Division.

    From what I saw, 2 trainees and 1 trainer. The trainer said they are running 7600 miles a week! No family or even friendship there. Those poor trainees could not possibly be getting trained well! I was rather upset by the conditions I saw after talking to them!
