There is no app that is going to help you... When you tether you are using the internet that your phone picks upoff you carriers network towers and rebroadcasts via wifi ... unless you hard tether via USB then your phone does that rebroadcast via wifi it just sends it via the USB cable BUT it still has to pick it up off the cell towers


In short there is NO app that will help you get a better signal or connect to different towers and any that claim they do are scams and will be malware
