    You are wrong man! On trains only one air line is used, train brake system is very slow, no ABS is possible

    Trailer spring brake is combined with brake chamber.

    as you can see, there are spring brakes on trucktor on one axe only!

    and as you can see old trailer had spring brakes on one axe too, newer - on both the axes and in EU if trailer is 3 axe 2 axes are with park brakes, and one only with simple brake chambers
