    Oh good.

What they don't understand (Ive had rocks thrown at me here in Little Rock)... is that it's lawful for me to return fire with my weapon. The DA will get the case and decide for sure then if he does prosecute, it will be up to the courts.

I check every single bridge to this day, I eyeball everything up there. If someone is standing over my lane Im changing it usually to the left, because it's very hard for a human to pivot right to adjust aim and throw...

I got hit with a bottle awhile back outside a college town. I saw what looked to be a Jack or Jim label right before it hit. Showered the cab with shards of glass all the way to the bunk.

no, but i can see what he means. the parents of underage teens are usually held responsible for damages, in many states, like mine.
once a teen reaches 18, and even though still a teen, is now considered an adult, so from that point, the parents usually do not have to pay damages.

Teens do an adult crime and should be treated as such.If they have a history of criminal mischieft they should have got sent away long ago.
