Sorry about that. Mine is classified... I could show you, but...

My awards are all classified, too. You want to see them, you need to gain Super Secret Ninja Top Clearance.
Oh, yeah.. the latest one. Guy at the TA in Seymour, IN tells me he was in the Army with an MOS of 19D1D. I didn't recognize the ASI right away, but I knew what the 19 CMF was - it's now armor. Then he tries telling me he was in Delta Force. Really? Delta Force, and only a "1" Skill Level Identifier? Or maybe he was trying to say the SSI was "1D"? In which case, he excluded the Skill Level Identifier. I couldn't find a "1D" and the "D" Special Qualification Identifier is Civil Affairs. So it doesn't quite add up, you know? And this is a case where, talking to the guy, you could tell he had familiarity with Iraq and with Bradley IFVs. 19D is certainly a respectable MOS, and definitely not one where you'll be sitting in the FOB eating Burger King all day. But, sadly, he felt the need to make himself out to be more than what he actually is. If you're wondering what mine was, it was 68W3P2BAA. When I enlisted in 98, it was 91B (which, at the time, was Combat Medic), and it was folded into 68W when the reorganization went into effect from 2001 - 2004.Last edited: Aug 3, 2011

Perhaps he WAS just a 1 level in Civil Affairs... and DREAMED one time that he was Delta. I read a book about the borth of the Delta Force - great book, I recommend it.
Doesn't give me any special qualifications. -
I have a MICKEY MOUSE decoder ring
so I must have been rated as TOP SECRET at some point in my life.

Way back in the dark ages, when I was in the sixth grade, we had a "science teacher" who was in his first year as a teacher. This guy could not have been more that 25 years old, at the max.
Anyway, he was a professional BSer. He was always talking about his time in the army. He was always talking about his time in the marines. He was always talking about his time in the navy. He was always talking about his time in the air force.
And it was always first person crap that would begin with, "When I was in. . ."
It is pretty sad when a TEACHER is so insecure that they try this crap in their class room, and sixth graders can see right through it. . . -
Sounds like he might have thought he was G I JOE he was in all the services

My favorite is always when you bring up the term "static line jumps" and these supposed Rangers, Green Berets, etc. have no idea what you're talking about. -
Mayby thats why i stayed in my truck, and if not i just go for a walk, becuse i know , soon as i sit down at the counter , there gonna be a bs abound, i take it with a grain of salt , while eating breakfast, if they talk about a certain road , then i go out too my truck and call up the dot too make shure that road is ok, not from the drivers, becuse as it comes around the 18th time around the truckstop, they will have you detoured at 123 miles the other way,ya a little good rubbing in the truckstop okay in the driver lounge to relive the stress of the day,
