This happen at the hotel for Swift orientation. I showed up at the hotel and noticed a guy was there from the school I went to. We were talking outside and the van pulls up to drop off more people for the mill. ( mill being Swift ) So the driver gets out to smoke a cig and comes over. He is talking praise about how much money we will make and the wonderful home time. He said " he gets so much home time that he goes to Jamaica all the time to see this woman and showed us a pic. (good looking girl ) He was there for about 20 mins bsing about Swift. When he leaves the other 2 guys standing there are calling this guy such a liar. I say " what do you mean "? They told me he was the one who drove them here from the bus station. He was talking about how he is working for his wife and kids. How he gets great pay and good home time with them.

If he is making so much money with them then why is he driving the van all day> Total BSER.

Ever job usually has a joker that doesn't want to follow the rules or be a team player. There's one at the job I'm at now. Yes he has been awarded a nick name. Special Ed.

Funny, ran into a similar thing at Covenant, and quickly realized that 99% of the time, those van drivers are disqualified truck drivers... or folks on workers comp.

I know a guy with a DJ business in PA.. he doesn't know how to DJ, doesn't have good equipment, and won't update his music from 10 years ago, because he doesn't play "that new crap", not even C&W.

He's a former movie stuntman, I've seen photos of him on sets, geared up, etc... never served in the miltary, but told me about s sniper shot he took in South America in the 70s where he nailed the tail rotor shaft on a helicopter from 800 meters... yeah, ok....

He has a saying that fits him, actually, and many truckers - "The older I get, the better I was".

My trainer had a student that told him he was the drummer for Joan Jett for a few years. He was even in the movie with Michael Fox!

Turns out, he was NOT lying!!! hahahahaha

But if he ever told anyone he was a truck driver he would be lying. The trainer took him back to the terminal and asked him to leave, not being recommended for upgrade.

I believe there is a special place in hell reserved for these idiots. FYI, I was never in the military service. It is one of the great regrets of my life. But even without having been there, it really isn't all that hard to tell the BSers. THEY are the ones that are bragging about where they were and what they did.

I've noticed that the folks who actually were there and did that, just don't talk about it, unless they are with other known vets. And even then, most of them are pretty #### reticent about what went on.

A whole lot of folks suffer from this delusion. Sometimes you've just got to shake your head and walk away.

I'll call someone on their BS, right in front of everyone... the look on their face is priceless.

I'll say something like "you don't actually believe all that BS that's pouring out of your mouth, do you?"....

And then ask "WHAT?!" when they act like they want to bow up on you.

In fact, there was this one time...
