Temperature fun clutch sensor

I have a 2002 international 9400i the fan never work automatically as it should like any truck out there, I bought this truck last year, and this fan issue it been on it ever since, can any one tell me where I can find the temperature clutch fan sensor.

I checked the solenoid the one on the fire wall and it was working properly, And I checked the wiring that it connects to it they are all conditionally good. Is there is any other way that I need to be checking so I get to the bottom of it?

yes I believe it’s correct because the temp goes up to 215 and the fan never engages. It’s Cummins N14
