Popcorn, do you have a smart phone and a laptop?? If so, try from both devices and see if you get the same results.

It is an issue with the computers not the Omni-tracs I tried to book loads out of the o/c and still same issue. I wish it was that simple.

It will not let me assign a load to myself it comes up assign failed and when I called my ICA I was told to call technical and they would resolve it. She did force a load on me as I went into her office and showed her what was happening.

I tried this from my laptop my phone and also in the O/C and I get the same error on all three. I even called to have support shift try to assign it and they get the same message. And then they are lost and don't know what to do.

I do not understand what you are saying. I can't get the computer to send me any info about the load after I try to assign it. It just states assign failed some other message also but I can't read but one word of it as it has no way of reading it.Home_on_wheels Thanks this.

That is my thinking but I do not work in the office and they will not accept that answer. I just keep getting the answer of your number was entered into the computer correctly and you have to call technical support. And when I call them I get the we will look into it and call you back but that does not happen. But I think it is my id number not being put in properly.
