Well update is a low pressure sensor Not the fuel pump as of now.
Should know in the AM if it's fixed!
If it's not the pump I'm Happy but still concerned.
All this technology does is cost drivers time and money.Home_on_wheels, drvrtech77, 91B20H8 and 6 others Thank this. -
Yeah. Sometimes the monitoring system is less reliable than the components they are monitoring.
I think some of the late model trucks are over designed. The more parts, the less reliable.Home_on_wheels, 91B20H8, alpha beta and 2 others Thank this. -
Ok the Verdict is in, Low pressure sensor thru the codes which then shutdown the truck. Also discovered an issue that wasn't known before hand but is now fixed under warranty even though it's out... Good News is SFI has done me a solid not another truck but I'm still happy.
Still don't trust the truck 100% but should be back running.....well if I can find freight. -
I want to dig deeper into this what pressure was reading low fuel or coolant or boost? Just blame it on my previous career

Home_on_wheels and TennMan Thank this. -
The common rail system did not have adequate pressure to operate.
I'm handy with a wrench but not a computerized engineHome_on_wheels and 91B20H8 Thank this. -
As I understand it the ecm was reading 0 zero fuel pressure so the system would crank but not fire.
91B20H8 Thanks this.
