TennMan and beyond !

Good luck popcorn. It's always a lot to absorb in orientation, don't feel bad, definitley nice to have someone to lean on. I definitley like the camaraderie of the Schneider drivers, seems like a pretty good bunch.

 

I only wanted to quit about a million times when all these papers and numbers and everything started coming my way. The safety lady came in on Tuesday and she gave a speech about an hour and a half long. Was told that she was a tough lady when you mess up.

 

Don't let being swamped get to you.
It's overwhelming being thrown into sooo much information to absorb.
I was going nuts in orientation myself but all is well now.

 

I am trying to look at the bright side and hope all will work out. I have always been the type of person who does not take risks. I am nervous as all get out. I just hope that it gets better and I make a decent living. Don't want to have to go back to unloading windows.

 

Don't worry... remember all of us on here have shared our stories and we're all doing well.
In fact I'm even getting better rates than I thought I would have.

 

Any mistakes you make is nothing but a learning experience. Everything will become redundant.
The main thing is........ just don't touch anything with your truck!

I have a question Im on a facebook group for SNI IC's and for the past week everyone has been complaining of lowest rates they've ever seen. Some guys on there have been on choice for 5 years, I don't have much to compare too since I only started 3 weeks ago, but has anyone noticed anything like this? And what's the possible reason ?
