    Overall not too bad. Very large group. Tomorrow we start check rides and sign lease with SNI. More computer work and a 12 hour day no doubt.

    TennMan, been following your thread. Did they let you inspect your truck before signing the lease? I'm headed to G.B. this weekend (2140 miles by car, aargh!), and have a 2014 T680 with 83k miles reserved for me. When i asked for pics, Melissa sent me ones of it when it was new. I saw the file dates and told her i wanted pics in it's current condition. It certainly looks a little rougher now (dirty exterior, broken mirror cover, dirty seat). I know they recondition them, but if a slob or heavy smoker has been in it, that's a deal-killer for me.

    I chose this truck because it's $30,000 less ($125,000) than a new one ($155,000) which is a ###### good price for it's age/miles/specs, and is a 30mo. lease at $657/wk ($2844/mo). Residual is below estimated market value at $62,000, so on paper it's a pretty good deal. I intend to finance the residual myself. If this one turns out to be a mess, i may consider a new one if SFI works with me, otherwise it's gonna be a looooooooong trip home.

    They do let you Inspect it before you sign. They insist. Anything ypu find wrong you write up they fix. They DO NOT LET YOU TEST DRIVE BEFORE YOU SIGN. You trst drive during your check ride after youve signed. The trucks they have are already spoken for so if you get jere and change your mind you will have to wait for a truck to become available. Good luck
