Sometimes it just doesn't pay to plan ahead.... The pilot I'm doing my 34 at the subway inside is out of veggies for the subs...... I mean really?

I guess moosc you plan perfectly for every instance such as breakdowns, traffic, load cancellations or maybe unforeseen emergencies but hey we can't all be perfect. I could have taken a load that didn't meet my minimums I could have just Bobtailed 800+ miles home Heck I guess I should just turn in my truck and become a company driver who runs where He's told and does as he's told.......... #### no I'm not going to do that. You are right It's crazy to do a reset on the road but it's even crazier to run freight that costs me money and I'm not going to spend a dime if I can help it. See I spent Thursday and Friday night at the house under a load and was home more than 34 hrs but the Gooberment says I can't count it as a reset because they know best HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM sounds like maybe you work for them since you seem to know best too. This is the 1st reset I've done on the road in over 6 years. See I think it's crazy to work 7 days a week for 5 days pay. and that's what happens when you recycle hours.
