    Yea We decided to go ahead and buy it. Closing set for the 14th tentatively which is also my wife's Birthday so Happy Birthday...... Thanks for the input drivers.

    Speaking of property... do you drivers know of some decent, out of the way farming areas to purchase land for CHEAP? As far away as possible from the mobs yet within a reasonable distance of some reliable freight lanes?
