I'm wondering how does one address mail to a driver that's going to pick it up at a terminal?

It varies by company I assume but here at Prime, the sender simply writes the recipients box # after company address or where apt # would go. Never put (P.O. Box), at least here as they are not a post office and would screw things up.

My bad, this is specifically for CRST. I noticed it in recent posts category, I do that from time to time.

Not sure I would trust any terminal to get a piece of mail to someone.

Is sending snail-mail such a rare occurrence that folks don't know how to address a letter anymore? Generally, when sending mail to a specific person at a business address, it'd look like this:

    Driver's name
    c/o company's name
terminal's street address (or PO box number)
terminal's city, state, and zip code

Best bet if you're unsure, though, is to call the terminal and speak to someone. Depending upon the size of the company and/or terminal, they may want the driver's truck number on there as well to ease finding the proper recipient.
