Terminated for accidents - What can I do to fix this?

About all you can do is go back in time and not go with Swift.

Past that, you might be able to go back to driving school on your own dime, get some good retraining and hire on with a smaller company who doesn't use HireRight.

 

I checked with Knight Transportation and was told "terminated from training and not re-hirable and no reason given as to why the termination." The trainer and safety officer at the time are no longer with Knight.

 

I did. I went back to the same truck driving school for 13 weeks in June 2015 and used the same program as a refresher course. The situation with Knight was 3 years ago.
