    Howdy, Just saw this little blurb on the net.Anyone out in cali see this thing yet?I dont know if it's a misprint-but i had to laugh at the 200-300 miles per charge???????????
    Dont know if their going to implement more 30 minute breaks(lol)but 2 to 300 miles per charge is kinda inline w/the amount of miles per week you hear people compaining about(all their getting)
    This has got to be wrong!
    Long live diesel fuel!

    It's not. I read about it a few months back when it was first announced. Sure, by US standards 300 miles is only 1/2 day of work. This is being marketed, at first anyway, in the European market. Over there the range is fine. Also, I drive about 300 miles myself, doing local work. I'm sure the P&D LTL drivers would love something like this if it works out. The instant torque from the electric motor will be noticeable.
