Testing for drugs using Hair.

This will have to be straightened out. If you fail a drug test then you have to take the required courses. I would find out who did the testing from both companies.

I also would look at getting an 3rd test (on your dime) done at another lab and see what that does. If it comes back clean, then I would question Werner about their testing and possible have them do a retest.

Do you have proof in writing that you passed one test and failed the other within a week? You may have to contact your local FMCSA office and see what they suggest.

Either way, the failed test needs to be resolved as it is on your record now.
