Texarkana I 30 constuction. Big change westbound.

For the past couple years traffic through Texarkana has been running on the old lanes while new construction was happening in the center. Now the west bound will be put onto the new lanes but it is going to screw up some people. The left lane will be running west on the new eastbound lane while the right lane will be on the new westbound lane. Problem is there will be a wall between them. Travelers in the left lane will not be able to exit until they are on the west side of Texarkana, while the right lane will have the normal exits. They say there will be plenty of signage warning people, but with the amount of non-English speaking drivers anymore.....
This was supposed to happen a couple days ago but as of a little while ago they were still painting lines.
